OMG! I am so amazed at how this turned out! I have never cooked with an actual pumpkin just in the can. It was so hard to cut up I am not sure I would do often but the results were awesome. Everyone loved it and it was a fun project for a Sunday afternoon. Made an excellent, healthy appetizer for dinner.
Horrible! I used a sugar pumpkin and don't know if that matter or not but it was just bad. No one in my family could eat it. Also it was a hugh waste of time peeling the pumpkin. Not worth trying.
