  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Mix crumbs, 1 Tbsp. granulated sweetener and margarine. Press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Bake 8 to 10 min. or until lightly browned; cool.
  • Meanwhile, mix remaining granulated sweetener, cornstarch and water in medium saucepan. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; cook and stir 5 min. or until thickened Add dry gelatin mix; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved.
  • Pour about 1/3 cup of the gelatin mixture into crust. Mix remaining gelatin mxture with strawberries; pour into crust. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Serve topped with COOL WHIP.

Shortcut

Omit graham crumbs, margarine and 1 Tbsp. granulated sweetener. Prepare recipe using 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.).

    Very easy recipe. My 11 yr. old daughter and I made this for my husband's birthday (his favorite pie). I think he would have liked to have it all himself, but he shared :) My daughter made the graham cracker crust and it was like a light-bulb went off when she looked at me and said "hey, this is easy AND fun!"

    This recipe was a keeper! Thickens on stove even faster than the recipe states! Use a pre-made low-fat graham cracker crust for super fast & excellent results.
