Love this recipe , I had a bumper crop of home grown tomatoes and jalape?os this summer, so I was looking for recipes. Since my family loves spicy things I thought I would try this. I added 2 peppers ,the juice of 1 lemon plus a pinch of salt. Can't wait to try it with grilled fish.
It is just amazing! I made it as a snack in my 15 birthday party and everyone loved it! But i only added few cuts of jalapeño on top... And I can assure you that the person who will taste it will definitely go again for more!!
