Rated 3 out of 5 by from Everyone really enjoyed this recipe at my last get-together. Everyone really enjoyed this recipe at my last get-together. Though I substituted Cucumbers for Zucchini. I don't recommend using the fresh greens in it because it doesn't make for great leftovers the next day. Without the greens would be much better. Very Good overall and I would definitely make this again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from the ingredients are superb and it seems as though many variations are possible. the ingredients are superb and it seems as though many variations are possible. i even like the idea of thinly sliced yellow squash (for color) over zuchinni. i also see many other possibilities as suggested by other raters - red onions, chicken, etc. quite tempting for everyone.

The first time I made it I made it exactly as stated - the second time I added yellow peppers and red onion. It was still delicious.

I had to substitute another brand of dressing since the store didn't have the Kraft. Still worked out beautifully.

Running short of time, I picked up a bag of fresh stir fry veggies and a package of zucchini. I trimmed the veggies into smaller pieces and added cut up zucchini. After adding the dressing, this was perfect for me to move onto another dish for dinner.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from We loved this! We loved this! The vinaigrette is delicious. I did not use carrots or zucchini instead I used cucumbers and red onion. It was very good that way. I also only chilled it for about 30 minutes and that was plenty. I can't wait to take this to a cook out.
