Carrots, grape tomatoes and snow peas star in this Fresh Veggie Pasta Salad, but the zesty dressing and fixings make a great supporting cast.

What You Need

cups  farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked
1
 carrot, cut lengthwise into quarters, then crosswise into thin slices
1
cup  grape tomatoes, cut in half
1
cup  snow peas, trimmed, cut lengthwise into thin slices
1/2
cup  chopped red onions
1/2
cup  KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
2
Tbsp.  chopped fresh parsley
1/2
cup  KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Make It

COOK pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.

DRAIN pasta; place in large bowl.

ADD remaining ingredients; mix lightly.

Make Ahead
This delicious salad can be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before serving.
Substitute
Substitute 1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil for the parsley.
Variation
Prepare as directed, omitting the cheese, using KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing, and substituting fresh cilantro for the parsley.
