She didn't use dressing, she used watermelon vinagrette. It was wonderful as a snack on tortilla chips! Made it countless times since then and it is just as delicious every. single. time. Everyone who has tried it absolutely loves it and many ask for the recipe. Feeds a group and easy to make more or less by cutting down or adding. Also easy to make more spicy, sweet or tangy by simply adding more of whichever ingredient. I've been trying new recipes for almost 10 years and this is so good I'm writing my first ever review. Hard to mess this one up!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! But a few reccomendations, use a little more watermelon and once it is all mixed together take a spatula and sort of press down the salsa to squeeze the juices together. The juices are what make this salsa come to life.
