  • Heat oven to 425°F. Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Add FreshPrep Tomato Sauce and water; mix well. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and garlic; cook and stir until tender. Remove from heat. Add spinach and FreshPrep Ricotta Blend; mix well.
  • Spray 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray. Spread 1/3 of the meat mixture onto bottom of dish. Cover with layers of 2 FreshPrep Lasagna Noodles and 1/2 of the ricotta mixture; top with 2 more noodles.
  • Cover with layers of 1/2 of the remaining meat mixture, 2 more noodles, the remaining ricotta blend and the remaining 2 noodles. Top with the remaining meat mixture. Sprinkle with FreshPrep Shredded Mozzarella Cheese; cover with foil.
  • Bake 30 minutes. Remove foil. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Special Equipment Needed


Add 5 minutes to baking time if using a metal baking pan.
