  • Heat oven to 425°F. Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Return to skillet. Add FreshPrep Tomato Sauce and water; stir until well blended. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Spray 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray. Spread 1/3 of the meat mixture onto bottom of dish. Cover with 2 FreshPrep Lasagna Noodles and 1/2 of the FreshPrep Ricotta Blend; top with 2 more noodles.
  • Cover with layers of 1/2 of the remaining meat mixture, 2 more noodles, the remaining ricotta blend and the remaining 2 noodles. Top with the remaining meat mixture. Sprinkle with FreshPrep Shredded Mozzarella Cheese; cover with foil.
  • Bake 30 minutes. Remove foil. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Special Equipment Needed

Make It Your Own

Substitute 1 lb. ground Italian sausage, ground chicken or ground turkey for the ground beef.

Make It Meatless

Substitute 2 pouches (1 cup each) frozen BOCA Ground Crumbles for the browned ground beef. Mix frozen crumbles with FreshPrep Tomato Sauce and water; cook on medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Continue as directed.


Add 5 minutes to baking time if preparing in a metal baking pan.
