  • Mix mayonesa, pepper and onions. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat for 4 min. Lightly brush fish with dressing; coat evenly with cornmeal. Add to skillet; cook 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides. Drain.
  • Serve each fillet topped with 1 Tbsp. of the mayonesa mixture.

Use Your Broiler

Don't feel like frying? Use the broiler instead. Omit the oil and cornmeal. Mix the mayonesa mixture and brush onto the fish fillets as directed. Place on rack of broiler pan. Broil 3 min. on each side or until fish is cooked through.


Substitute KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise for the KRAFT Mayonesa con Limón.

Season the cornmeal with 1 Tbsp. ground cumin or dried oregano leaves for a real flavor punch.
