  • Beat eggs in shallow dish or pie plate. Mix crumbs, cheese and seasoning in separate shallow dish.
  • Dip ravioli, in batches, in eggs, then crumbs, pressing crumbs onto ravioli to coat well. Place on baking sheet while preparing additional batches.
  • Heat oil in large deep skillet to 375°F. Add ravioli, in batches; cook 1-1/2 min. on each side or until golden brown. Remove ravioli from skillet with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Serve with pasta sauce.

Make Ahead

Prepare ravioli as directed. Refrigerate 2 days or freeze 3 months in airtight container in layers separated by waxed paper. When ready to serve, heat oven to 350°F. Place ravioli in single layer on large rimmed baking sheet. Bake refrigerated ravioli 15 min. (frozen 20 min.) or until heated through. Serve with sauce.


Substitute ground red pepper (cayenne) for the Italian seasoning.
