Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made this recipe for company. Made this recipe for company. When I was taking it out of the food processor I tasted it. It was very difficult to put into cups for the frezer - I wanted to eat it all. I used all blueberries, and it taste Mmmmm yummy. Can't wait to try it again with strawberries or rasberries. What a quick and easy dessert. I substituted, non-fat milk for whole milk and low fat cream cheese for whole cream cheese.

Here's a way to make this more fruity for you, substitute half of your milk for apple or white cranberry juice. and I wouldn't put that much cream cheese -- maybe cut it in half. And I ALWAYS add a frozen banana to my smoothies, they enhance the fruit flavor and combine well with every other type of fruit.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It was really tasty! It was really tasty! A bit strong on the cream cheese taste so I added a squirt of extra honey. I also used a bag of frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries) instead of just blueberries and raspberries. Made it in the blender and it turned out perfectly~

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I actually thought this recipe was just okay. I actually thought this recipe was just okay. I think the cream cheese took away the taste of the fruit and it really could have had a more cooling taste to it, similar to a smoothie. I tried adding more milk and more ice but that didn't seem to help. Overall 2 out of 5 stars for me!
