  • Place milk, honey and cream cheese in food processor container; cover. Process on high speed until well blended.
  • Add fruit; cover. Blend until smooth, scraping side of food processor container as necessary.
  • Pour into 10 glass, plastic or paper cups and freeze until ready to serve, or eat immediately, soft set.

Size-Wise

Substitute

Omit raspberries and blueberries. Prepare as directed, adding 2 cups frozen chopped bananas and 1 tsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee to the cream cheese mixture.

    It was really tasty! A bit strong on the cream cheese taste so I added a squirt of extra honey. I also used a bag of frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries) instead of just blueberries and raspberries. Made it in the blender and it turned out perfectly~
