Make It

Tap or click steps to mark as complete

  • Mix drink mix and club soda in tall glass.
  • Add ice cream.
  • Top with whipped topping and cherry.

Family Fun

Just like an old-fashioned soda fountain, you can create a family favorite by mixing flavored KOOL-AID and club soda. The combination fizzes when mixed with the ice cream, creating an exciting treat for the whole family.

Special Extra

For a real ice cream parlor experience, serve floats in tall glasses with straws. Skewer fruit onto small toothpicks and place over the top of the glass.

Fun Idea

Try KOOL-AID MAD SCIENTWISTS Raspberry Reaction Sugar Sweetened Drink Mix for another fun, colorful and exciting float.

the serving size seemed to be little, so i made two big glasses and the measurements were all wrong. since there is no sugar being added to the kool-aid mix, it ended up being super tart and i felt like i had to add a lot of ice cream to make it sweet/edible. i might try to make this again just cause it sounded so interesting, but i would definitely follow the recommended serving size and go from there.
