  • Place yogurt, peaches, pineapple with its juice, the banana, drink mix and ice in blender; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Pour water into large plastic or glass pitcher. Add yogurt mixture; stir until well blended.
  • Serve over ice cubes in tall glasses. Top each serving with a strawberry.

Substitute

Substitute 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice for the pineapple chunks.

Very refreshing, I'm not into the weird taste that low fat products leave behind so I used regular vanilla yogurt. But I can still taste it from the Crystal Light; if I could find a regular drink mix I would rather use that. Strawberries were a waste though, only for decoration, maybe next time I will blend them in and see how it tastes. This recipe is full of opportunities. All in all yes I would make it again.
