  • Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in medium bowl at least 2 min. until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in lemonade concentrate. Refrigerate 30 min. or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
  • Add half of the whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Refrigerate 5 min. or until thickened. Gently stir in berries. Spoon into 16 paper-lined 2-1/2-inch muffin cups.
  • Freeze 4 hours or until firm. To serve, remove and discard paper liners. Top desserts with remaining whipped topping. Store leftovers in freezer.

Special Extra

Garnish with additional berries and fresh mint springs just before serving.


Prepare as directed, using JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin.

    I actually liked this dessert. It was cool and refreshing. But since my children and husband did not like it, I can't see making it again!

    This recipe is AWESOME!! It is a wonderful summer treat. I am also on Weight Watchers and it is a perfect dessert for this program. I have even printed this off and shared it with some of my "girls" at the meeting. It is also great to just keep in the freezer for when your sweet tooth hits and this is a no guilt indulgence.

    I LOVED it! And apparently so did everyone else! Im going to experiment with different Jello flavors in the future for more variety. I was a little worried because I had never mixed whipped cream and jello before, but it kind of had an orange sorbet taste. YUMMY!
