I made the less fat version with the reduced fat crust, reduced fat cream cheese, reduced fat peanut butter and reduced fat whipped topping. Served it at a church function and no one would believe me that it was all a low fat recipe. Everyone wants me to make it for the next church event next month. My daughter's father-in-law even wrote it down by my name on the sign-up sheet and he wants one for his birthday. It is delicious and lower calorie so you don't feel guilty.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This recipe was good and my kids enjoyed it because they like peanut butter. This recipe was good and my kids enjoyed it because they like peanut butter. However, it was a little more envolved to make than the recipe indicated. I would probably use a pre-formed vanilla wafer or graham cracker crust next time because I didn't care for the time and effort it took to make the cookies crust. It also needs some sort of chocolat in it maybe on top!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was just awesome, my family loved it. This was just awesome, my family loved it. It can get rich fast so I suggest small slices. I did 8 on the first one but I am going to do 12 on my next one. One of my children took a little chocolate syrup and drizzled it over her slice!! In order to keep the crust together, I used just about 1 more tablespoon of butter, no crumblies at all with the extra butter!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was a awesome, easy dessert! This was a awesome, easy dessert! Made it for Mother's Day in about 5 minutes flat. My whole family LOVES it! I used a pre-made oreo crust, crushed oreos on top and then drizzled with chocolate syprup to serve. DELICIOUS!!! Good enough to be served in a gourmet eatery. I will make it again and again. Saving this recipe for Thanksgiving...

My son's 23rd birthday was yesterday, and he's a "pie guy" and peanut butter happens to be one of his favorites, well..this was a huge hit! Everyone couldn't stop talking about it. It was easy to put together, and the drizzle of chocolate on top was wonderful. Only one warning, you don't have to have a huge slice..will definately make again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have made this pie many times. I have made this pie many times. Everyone loves it. I did however, discover a way to make it healthier. Instead of sugar, I used Splenda. Instead of regular cream cheese I used light. I also made sure to use light butter and light cool whip. It turns out excellant and actually takes away some of the richness. Excellant!!

I did make one adjustment, by mistake. I added the entire tub of cool whip instead of the stated amount. I didn't realize until it was completed. It was actually better, and I don't ever make it the correct way. Try it, it is excellent, not as rich.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from this pie had an absolutely superb nutter butter flavor. this pie had an absolutely superb nutter butter flavor. i would use a regular pre-made crust next time. the nutter butter crust was good, but too much work for this pie. the filling tastes very nutter-buttery without the cookie crust. oh, and it is so incredibly rich, a small slice will fill you up!
