Hey, this stuff is great! I try to watch what I eat and this sorbet is a great alternative to ice cream, very sweet and filling. I used the recipe as a 'base' of sorts and just went crazy with all kinds of fruit (frozen grapes worked great) and a bag of frozen fruit from the store. The sorbet turned out so sweet in fact, that I used a lot of ice cubes and it really stretched the recipe quite a bit...there are a lot of possibilities with this!!
