Love this! Tastes great and is easy to make. Everyone that eats it asks me for the recipe. Only recommendation is to make sure you beat the cream cheese before adding the sherbet.

Light and not overly sweet, yummy!
Was so excited to try this one and for me it was just so so. I love the taste of lime and it just was not there. You ould taste a hint of the cream cheese and not really any true lime flavor. Now maybe it was the brand of lime sherbet that I purchased but do not know that for sure. If I were to make it again I will add some lime juice and probably some green food color for so extra site appeal.
