We enjoyed this. I doubled the recipe in a glass dish and topped with extra Cool Whip and cookie pieces.
It is so simple and tastes great! I've tried several variations of my own using fruit with vanilla or cheesecake pudding and chocolate with marshmallows and nuts.
Also, easy to make it diet friendly by using sugar/fat free pudding and fat free half and half.
