  • Beat pudding mix, half-and-half and extract in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Gently stir in COOL WHIP.
  • Spoon into 8 individual dessert dishes or paper-lined medium muffin cups. Sprinkle with chopped cookies.
  • Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Freeze leftovers.

Substitute

Prepare as directed, using JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding, COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping and Reduced Fat OREO Cookies.

Variation

Prepare as directed, substituting 1/4 cup chopped, drained maraschino cherries and 2 Tbsp. toasted PLANTERS Slivered Almonds for the chopped OREO Cookies.

Substitute

Prepare as directed, using JELL-O Pistachio Flavor Instant Pudding and substituting 1/2 cup chopped vanilla wafers for the chopped OREO Cookies.

    We enjoyed this. I doubled the recipe in a glass dish and topped with extra Cool Whip and cookie pieces.

    It is so simple and tastes great! I've tried several variations of my own using fruit with vanilla or cheesecake pudding and chocolate with marshmallows and nuts. Also, easy to make it diet friendly by using sugar/fat free pudding and fat free half and half.
