This is simple to make and a great dessert that is not too heavy. I also tried different variations. I tried it with a pudding mix (chocolate pudding and chocolate raspberry yogurt) instead of jello and skipped the pound cake, just pouring the mixture into a graham cracker crust. Other flavors I have tried are peach and lemon. All have been delicious!
I made this dessert for a Bridal Shower last night, and the women loved it. I'm passing this recipe on. In place of the raspberry yogurt & raspberry jello, I used strawberry yogurt and strawberry banana jello instead, and it turned out really good. The next time I make this dessert I'll do it healthier. :-)
