Fruit & Cheese Kabob Tray

Threaded with fresh fruit, sharp and mellow cheeses, and sliced prosciutto, these kabobs are served on a tray with a sauce of balsamic vinegar and honey.

What You Need

pkg.  (8 oz.) CRACKER BARREL Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
16
 fresh strawberries
16
 cantaloupe chunks (1 inch)
16
 fresh mozzarella cheese balls (3/4 inch)
3
 kiwi, cut into 16 slices
6
oz.  thinly sliced prosciutto, cut into 16 pieces, rolled up

 fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips

Tbsp.  balsamic vinegar
3
Tbsp.  honey

Make It

CUT cheddar into 8 slices, then cut each slice diagonally in half.

THREAD 1 each strawberry, melon chunk, mozzarella ball, kiwi slice, prosciutto slice and cheese triangle onto each of 16 skewers. Place on serving tray or platter; sprinkle with basil.

MIX vinegar and honey in small serving bowl. Add to tray with kabobs.
