My family and friends loved this dessert. This dessert disappears fast every time I make it.
Tip: The dough will be difficult to manage unless well chilled. I rolled dough out onto flour dusted parchment paper & kept the rolling pin lightly dusted. Use a light hand when rolling out. Some may find it easier to pat dough out in the pan.
I made this for church. Everyone loved it. They were all gone before I had a chance to try one. I did hear a few people say they were a little sticky, but delicious.
My family loved these! Very moist, I used dried cranberries. Will definitely make again!
