  • Mix cream cheese spread and raisins until well blended. Spread evenly onto tortilla to within 1/2 inch of edge. Sprinkle with peanuts.
  • Place strawberry slices down center of tortilla; roll up tightly.
  • Serve immediately. Or, wrap tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with an 8-oz. carton of milk and 1 pkg. (1.25 oz.) Mini OREO Bite Size Cookies.

    I haven't actually tried this yet but am giving it 5 stars for awesome idea, and am going to give it a whirl for breakfast tomorrow! And thank you dornaci for the granola suggestion. My son also goes to a peanut free school and isn't crazy about other types of nuts.

    YUMMY! I thought it tasted very good. I used frozen strawberries that I had let thaw in the fridge for a couple of hours and the juice from the strawberries made it SO GOOD! I will be having this again!

    My daughter said this tasted horrible. The flour tortilla ruined the sweetness of the cream cheese and fruit. Also she couldn't unwrap it to eat the inside after it had stayed cold in her lunchbox all day. We were disappointed.
