  • Place all ingredients in blender; cover. Blend on high speed 1 min. or until smooth.
  • Serve immediately. Or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Stir just before serving. (Mixture thickens as it stands. Thin with additional milk, if desired.)

Substitute

Substitute 1/2 cup sliced strawberries for the banana chunks.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I didn't like it. I didn't like it. It was flavorless. If you insist on making it, spice it up with something. Vanilla, banana, and yogurt make it very bland. Even with loads of strawberries, mine still came out tasteless. You can make a simpler, yummier smoothie with just vanilla ice cream, strawberries, and sugar. I wouldn't reccomend this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this shake. I love this shake. I don't think it is bland at all. I made it with 1 percent milk and nonfat yogurt. I can't imagine that would make all the difference from other ratings, but it is really flavorful and smells great!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The original recipe was a bit bland. The original recipe was a bit bland. But I substitued chocolate ff, sf pudding for the vanilla and strawberry yogurt. It was MUCH better with the chocolate/strawberry flavor.
