I really wasn't thrilled about this one. It sounded great, but I wasn't impressed with the way it turned out. it probably would have been better without the chicken! The fig newtons ended up getting mushy and overpowering the other ingredients.

Made this for a funeral reception and it's SO yummy! Who would have thoguht such an odd blend of ingredients would yeild such a wonderful sandwich! I used whole wheat wraps. Plenty of requests for the recipe! (I think it would be great with raspberry newtons as well...)

I made this recipe for a party. I used tortilla shells instead of the letuce leaves and walnuts instead of peanuts. Was a hit at the party and with my husband. Would recommend the recipe. Only change that I would make is with the shells. I had bought the shells that you use for tacos and I think shells that are intended for wraps would have worked and tasted better (personal opinion).
