What You Need

cups boiling water

pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Gelatin, any flavor

jar (7 oz.) JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme

cups apple juice

1-1/2

cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

Make It

ADD boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Gradually add to marshmallow creme in large bowl, beating with mixer after each addition until well blended. Stir in juice.

POUR evenly into 12 paper or plastic cups. Use back of spoon to gently press 2 Tbsp. marshmallows into gelatin mixture in each cup. Freeze 1 hour or until almost firm.

INSERT wooden pop stick into center of each cup. Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Remove from cups before serving.

Wooden pop sticks can be purchased at craft stores.

How to Remove Frozen Pops from Cups

Place bottoms of cups under warm running water for 15 sec. Press firmly on bottoms of cups to release pops. (Do not twist or pull pop sticks.)

I used strawberry jello and strawberry-banana juice. We just kept them in the cups and ate with a spoon. They were great.

This. Was. AWESOME. I used orange jello and orange juice. Really close to a creamsicle. My kids inhaled these. I will SO make these again.

For the summer I am watching 2 girls. Along with my two kids to say the least it is busy. I find cooking with them keeps the bickering down... They loved this.
