This fat free fruity dessert is a sweet way to end a meal. Recommended for Phase 2 and 3.
To serve as individual desserts, prepare as directed dividing gelatin mixture evenly among 8 (4-oz.) custard cups or serving glasses before refrigerating. Top with fruit as directed just before serving.
Prepare using your favorite flavor of JELL-0 Brand Sugar Free Gelatin.

I did substitute corttage cheese for half of the yogurt and it was still good. It tastes great, is healthy and easy to make.
