Rated 1 out of 5 by from This tasted just like jello on nuts. This tasted just like jello on nuts. Very weird taste.. no one ate them. It WAS fun watching new people put one in their mouth to see if they would actually swallow it or spit it out or even try to say something nice..I DID use raspberry jello, maybe it's better with orange jello? USE NO-STICK ALUMINUM FOIL!!!! not WAX paper!!! Love this website, almost ALL recipes are great-- with ordinary ingredients you already own--- but THIS recipe tastes reeeallly odd. yuck!!!!

I made this recipe several times this week along with several other flavored nuts to give as gifts. They turned out perfect every time. You just have to keep the heat down and keep stirring the mixture until the jello dissolves. Also, once you pour them out on the waxed paper, they must cool before you can move them or they will tear the paper.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I tried to make these twice one afternoon. I tried to make these twice one afternoon. The jello burned and when I placed them on the wax paper lined sheet to cool, they melted the wax paper and stuck to the nuts. So, I had burnt, wax papered covered nuts. I would never waste my time making these again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I loved ths recipe! I loved ths recipe! It was a big hit! The only thing is I mixed peanuts with the pecans and only added 1/2 of the bag of jello. So I can make two batches of this and it is great for gift giving.
