  • Combine milk and syrup in medium bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended.
  • Cut 1 waffle into 6 wedges; arrange in star shape on serving plate. Repeat with remaining waffles.
  • Toss bananas with strawberries. Spoon 1/2 cup of the fruit mixture over waffle pieces on each plate; top each with 1/4 cup of the pudding mixture. Serve immediately.

Great Substitute

Prepare as directed, substituting your favorite cut-up fresh fruit for the bananas and/or strawberries.


Pudding mixture can be made ahead. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

    This is a great morning starter! It's enjoyable and easy to make, and tastes great! Everyone will be rushing to the breakfast table to chow down! Homemade waffles go even better with this custard, especially if you made them yourself.
