I also made this recipe as directed. It was exactly 30 min in the oven and it started to spew over everything. My oven was a mess. I continued to bake it as I was determined to see what would happen.n When it cooled, I cut the bread. I had 1 inch of brownie, the other was nothing. I never gave up and baked it 2 more times. I had to throw the last 2 batches away. Took what was baked to work. They loved it. Checked my oven, bought new baking powder etc. Had to give it up.
Best chocolate loaf cake ever!!! This cake is great if you don't want to make a regular size cake.
