What You Need

1/2
lb.  extra lean ground sirloin

Tbsp.  KRAFT FREE Peppercorn Ranch Dressing
1/2
tsp.  chili powder
1
can  (16 oz.) red kidney beans, drained
1
cup  frozen corn
1
medium  green pepper, chopped
1
medium  tomato, chopped
8
 TACO BELL® Crunchy Taco Shells
1/2
cup  BREAKSTONE'S FREE or KNUDSEN Fat Free Sour Cream

Make It

BROWN meat in medium nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add dressing and chili powder; mix well. Cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low.

ADD beans and corn; mix well. Simmer 2 minutes or until heated through. Remove from heat. Add peppers and tomato; mix lightly.

SPOON evenly into taco shells. Top each with 1 Tbsp. of the sour cream.

Rather have soft tacos? Prepare as directed, substituting 4 (6 inch) flour tortillas for the 8 hard taco shells.
