The salad looked wonderful and I made it to have with dinner last night along with some grilled chicken. I cut up the extra chicken to toss in the leftover salad for lunch today (I didn't dress the entire salad since only two of us ate it last night) and it is delicious. My hubby doesn't even like raw carrots or raw broccoli, and he scarfed this salad down! I think it would be great rolled up in a tortilla or stuffed into a pita pocket as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WOW! WOW! I sure can't agree with "a cook" - this is fabulous, and at only 6g of fat, and low carb, too, it's the best of both worlds. It's loaded with fiber and dark green veggies (broccoli) and you could add spinach leaves if you wanted, to really "up" the nutrient count. Thanks, Kraft, for giving us diabetics a flavorful meal option - many times we are overlooked in recipe listings!!

I used less lettuce and more of the other veggies. I didn't have enough broccoli, so I also threw in some cauliflower and green pepper that needed to be used. It was a really tasty variation on a traditional garden salad.

I added a little bit more brocolli, some raisons, and just a little tiny pit of red onion.....It was definetly a hit with my boyfriend who doesn't like change in foods...Thanx to kraft I am working on widening his food variety! This will defintely end up on our table again.

I cheated a little & bought a bag of chopped romaine lettuce & it was the exact amount the recipe calls for. I chopped everything up (including the lettuce) and it was a hit! Perfect for a light meal or to accompany any dish.

I didn't know what to expect and wasn't very sure about the taste! but everyone loved it! even the "give me meat" guys!
