  • Combine tomatoes, garlic and 1-1/2 tsp. oil; spread onto rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 45 min. to 1 hour or until tomatoes are roasted and most the liquid is cooked off.
  • Top 6 bread slice with 6 Singles; cover with tomatoes, remaining Singles and remaining bread slices. Brush outsides of sandwiches with remaining oil.
  • Cook in skillet on medium heat 3 min. on each side or until Singles are melted and sandwiches are golden brown on both sides.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with 1/2 cup each baby carrots and seedless grapes.
