If you have trouble finding Kraft Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing, it might be because it's just shown on the packaging as Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing. At least, that's what I used--and it was delicious; my family loved it. I made only half a batch in case we didn't care for it, but I wish I had made the whole thing! I substituted whole grain spiral pasta and asparagus for the bow tie and broccoli. I will definitely make it again soon.

It taste delicious and even those are skeptical of the whole wheat pasta dug in heartily due to all the fresh vegtables, wonderful dressing, and cheese combination of flavors. I also omitted the onion, substituted in cucumber, did half-and-half broccoli and cauliflower combination and added about 1/4 - 1/2 cup of mozzerella cheese - it was fantastic!

I made a few modifications: Subsituted yellow pepper for the red pepper (the yellow pepper added to the wonderful color of this dish) Subsituted grape tomatoes for cherry tomatoes (left whole) Added 3 oz. sliced olives (no pieces) This is a great dish for any summertime event!

I added black olives and substituted 2 cups of Kraft Crumbled Italian Cheeses for the Parmesan and used a whole 16 oz. bottle of Kraft Lite Done Right Zesty Italian Dressing. It was super tasty. I also skipped the step about putting the broccoli in the pasta water...I don't like my broccoli mushy. It was super tasty and I got lots of compliments.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this for memorial day BBQ. I made this for memorial day BBQ. Everyone was impressed! They all thought it looked really fancy and gormuet almost! I only used half the bottle of dressing, but would recommend using all of it because even though initially it had a lot of dressing, very quickly the veggies nad pasta absorbed it and it was harder to taste.
