  • Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 3 min. Drain.
  • Rinse pasta mixture with cold water; drain well. Place in large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients except cheese; mix lightly.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour. Stir gently before serving; top with cheese.

Substitute

Substitute 1-inch asparagus pieces for the broccoli florets.

Special Extra

For added flavor, sprinkle salad with OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits before serving.

Variation

Prepare using your favorite vegetable combination and/or pasta shape.

Funny thing I made up this recipe with veggies I had on hand and it is the same they used in this recipe! I used a different Italian dressing and added grilled cubed chicken to make it a meal for lunch and dinner. It was a huge hit and everyone wanted to recipe! It keeps for a few days in the fridge too!

I couldn't get the sun dried tomato vinaigrette so I used balsamic vinaigrette, I used rotelle for the pasta and I omitted the peppers. Everyone loved it.
