I"m not a fan of vinegar but since I'm trying to watch my caloric intake I gave this a try. My husband and I enjoyed it very much, loved the toasted almonds in it. Once it sat for the hour, the flavors blended together.
Most outstanding is the wonderful, bold and creamy dressing.... with no fat. Huzzah!
