A hollowed-out Italian bread loaf is lightly toasted, filled with a hearty garden salad and then quartered to make easy sub sandwiches.

What You Need

loaf  Italian bread (16 oz.)
Tbsp.  KRAFT Italian Dressing
cups  salad greens
pkg.  (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast
 red pepper, chopped
pkg.  (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
cup  KRAFT Italian Dressing

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Cut lengthwise slice from top one-third of bread loaf. Remove center of loaf, leaving 1/2-inch-thick shell. Reserve removed bread for another use. Brush inside of loaf and cut-side of top evenly with 2 Tbsp. dressing.

PLACE bread, cut-sides up, on baking sheet. Bake 5 min. or until lightly toasted; cool.

TOSS greens with chicken, peppers and cheese. Add 1/3 cup dressing; mix lightly. Spoon into bread shell; cover with top of loaf. Cut crosswise into pieces to serve.
