Garden Salad with Warm Bacon Vinaigrette

This is very good and I would use it again. Its great for summer when you do not want a big meal. It reminds me of an old receipe my mother use to use.

what you need

8
cups  torn fresh spinach leaves
1
medium  tomato, coarsely chopped

slices  OSCAR MAYER Thick Cut Bacon, cut into quarters
1
medium  onion, coarsely chopped
1/4
cup  white vinegar
1/4
cup  water

Tbsp.  sugar
1/8
tsp.  pepper

Make It

TOSS spinach with tomatoes in large serving bowl; set aside.

COOK and stir bacon and onions in large skillet on medium heat until bacon is crisp; discard drippings in skillet. Return bacon mixture to skillet. Add vinegar, water, sugar and pepper; mix well. Cook 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.

ADD to spinach mixture; toss to coat. Serve immediately.

Substitute 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon for the 4 slices thick cut bacon.

Substitute leaf lettuce for the spinach.
