one of the best salads my husband and I have tried
I actually made a "chunkier" variation of this recipe with veggies I had on hand. I used less lettuce and more of the other veggies. I didn't have enough broccoli, so I also threw in some cauliflower and green pepper that needed to be used. It was a really tasty variation on a traditional garden salad.
I started making this years ago when my kids were young. Now at 22, 21 & 17 it's still one of their favorite salads!
