Everyone loves when I make this dip. Its super easy to make and its always a hit.
The prep time needed for this dip may make you shy away from preparing it (most cold dips take less time)... but it was a nice change of pace from the standard veggie dip. If you don't mind the extra time, this is a great dip to try out at your next gathering.
