This has to be one of my favorite salads. I made a couple of changes instead of cabbage I used red onion and peas instead of snow peas. I had cheddar-bacon flavored ranch, it was delicious.
This is a very good salad, and I like that it has a lot of veggies in it that you don't find in a normal side salad. Even with the ranch dressing (which I don't usually like) I found it very tasty.
