What You Need

cups shredded romaine lettuce

cup shredded red cabbage

carrot, sliced

yellow squash, sliced

cup halved trimmed snow peas

1/2

cup KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing

Make It

COMBINE all ingredients except dressing in large bowl.

ADD dressing just before serving; toss to coat.

Substitute 1 zucchini for the yellow squash.

This is a very good salad, and I like that it has a lot of veggies in it that you don't find in a normal side salad. Even with the ranch dressing (which I don't usually like) I found it very tasty.

I have yet to try this, but I am wondering about the 'yellow squash' is that a crookneck squash? and it isn't cooked? Thanks for an answer.

What a lovely salad and very easy to make! We found a jalapeno ranch dressing which worked quite well.

i put mixture in microwave, for 1&1/2 mins. makes a warm side dish. or, . use it cold, then heat left overs. goes well with pork.

This was a very easy and tasty recipe. Real salad for real people. Salad is salad, let's face it, but this combination was particularly yummy. My husband not only ate his bowl, but finished the entire serving bowl full. So I thought I'd let you know, that this recipe rocks! FLIGRL :-)

I make this salad all the time, but I use oil and vingar or kraft regualr dressing. this is a very good salads for the whole family. I love the snow peas in the salads. I something add cold cooked beets.
