verry easy to make but to my cream cheese I add a little worshire sauce (Just for taste) Then stuff the veggies and use raisins for the celery the kids call it ants on a log! Kids like to make this!

My Dad used to make this YEARS ago - but our recipe adds Worcestershire Sauce mixed in with the cream cheese (to taste - should be light brown color) which adds another dimension and great flavor to the cream cheese spread.

WITH CATERING A WEDDING I NEED SOMETHING FAST AND EASY, BUT LOOKS GOOD ON A PLATTER. TO YOUR CREAM CHEESE I ADDED A LITTLE CHOPPED VERY FINE RED ONION,TRIED SOME BAY SHRIMP, LEMON JUICE ,SOME TABASCO SAUCE JUST A LITTLE. PUT THIS IN A ICE BOWL I HAD MADE.THE GUEST CAN HELP THEM SELF TO SOME STUFFED CELERY OR THE VERITY OF VEGGIES.
