Minced roasted garlic is available in jars in the produce section or with the sauces in the condiment section of your supermarket.
Place 1 whole head garlic in small pan; drizzle with 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Bake at 400ºF for 50 min. to 1 hour or until very tender and lightly browned. Remove from oven; cool slightly. To use, squeeze garlic pulp from cloves; mash with back of spoon before measuring.
Substitute roasted garlic pulp for the minced roasted garlic.
