Prepare as directed, substituting 6 boneless pork chops (1-1/2 lb.), 1-1/2 inches thick, for the steak.
Increase the minced garlic to 5 cloves and grill before using as directed. To grill the garlic, wrap peeled cloves in foil, then grill 5 to 7 min. or until tender. Cool slightly before crushing.

Good flavor. Used a different bbq sauce because I could not find the one in the recipe anywhere. Used a peppercorn dressing. Very tasty. Will make it again, and probably marinate overnight to make it even more tender. But we liked it overall.
Great taste and you can adjust the amount of heat by changing the amount of garlic and paprika.
