Strong flavor of raw garlic was unpleasant and little was eaten. To avoid throwing out the leftovers, I turned it into potato soup.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The mix of flavors just didn't do it for me. The mix of flavors just didn't do it for me. I would recommend using yellow mustard rather than dijon. This will mellow the flavor a bit and compete less with the garlic.
