The one thing I really didn't like about this recipe is I couldn't for the life of me find the Philly Roasted Garlic cream cheese they're talking about. I had to use Garlic Herb instead. It was ok--I'll always wonder if they would be better with the Roasted Garlic. These didn't heat up very nice for leftovers--the texture and taste were very funny.

I was unable to find roasted garlic cream cheese, so I substituted chive and onion and it was very good. I tried in the local Spartan store and Super Wal-Mart for the Roasted Garlic cream cheese, I am still looking. The potatoes were excellent using the clive and onion so I am sure that I would like the roasted garlic version

I couldn't find the Roasted Garlic Cream Cheese either, so I just used a block of regular cream cheese and 2 table spoons of Tastefully Simple's Garlic Garlic seasoning. The recipe was very easy and they turned out great, but I think I need some more garlic flavor, or maybe some other seasoning next time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This will be a staple in my recipe box. This will be a staple in my recipe box. I used sour cream and chive rather than garlic simply because my grocery store was out of garlic and it was still great. Very similar to what you'd get at a restaurant and extremely easy to make at home.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tasty! Tasty!! We did the Chive & Onion and it was very good. I didn't see the need to use the whole tub though, about 3/4, or a little more, was good enough to add the taste but cut some calories. We will definitely make this again another time!
