What You Need

medium red potatoes, unpeeled, cut into 1-inch chunks

tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Roasted Garlic Light Cream Cheese Spread

1/4

cup milk

Make It

COOK potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Drain.

MASH potatoes with back of spoon or potato masher. Add cream cheese and milk; mix until well blended, leaving some potato pieces in chunks. Serve immediately.

Variation

Potatoes can be peeled prior to cooking, if desired.

Pretty good, I added a little extra garlic and some rosemary to give the potatoes a little more flavor.

The potatoes took too long to mash and got cold by the time they were ready to serve. If I made this again I'd do some things differently.

I used garlic and chive cream cheese and they were very good. Will make again!

Fantastic flavor. I cooked the potatoes for 17 minutes and seemed to be too long. The cream cheese was a nice mix. Will make this again for sure.

REAL GOOD JUST BE SURE TO ADD SOME SALT OR GARLIC SALT, HUSBAND LIKED IT WITH GARLIC SALT!

Superb. I couldnt find the roasted garlic spread either so I used the Garlic and Herbs. I only used half and then I used a about an oz of regular cream cheese. I also added some shredded chedder cheese. YUMMY. Boyfriend said they were good as well. Defianately making them again.

Great for last minute guests. I do these different ways too, by adding leaks, bacon and ranch dressing gives them a totally different great taste!

I couldn't find the Roasted Garlic Cream Cheese either, so I just used a block of regular cream cheese and 2 table spoons of Tastefully Simple's Garlic Garlic seasoning. The recipe was very easy and they turned out great, but I think I need some more garlic flavor, or maybe some other seasoning next time.

Very very good - was asked to make again for a family get together. I also threw in garlic cloves while cooking potatoes and mashed them while mashing potatoes.
