  • Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Drain.
  • Mash potatoes with back of spoon or potato masher. Add cream cheese and milk; mix until well blended, leaving some potato pieces in chunks. Serve immediately.

Potatoes can be peeled prior to cooking, if desired.
