Garlicky Caesar Cheeseburgers

Romaine lettuce and creamy Caesar dressing add extra layers of deliciousness to these garlicky mozzarella-and-Parmesan cheeseburgers.

What You Need

1
lb.  extra-lean ground beef
2
cloves  garlic, minced
1/4
cup   KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
4
 KRAFT Slim Cut Mozzarella Cheese Slices
2
cups  loosely packed torn romaine lettuce
6
Tbsp.  KRAFT Lite Creamy Caesar Dressing, divided
4
 whole wheat hamburger buns

Make It

HEAT grill to medium heat.

MIX meat, garlic and 3 Tbsp. Parmesan just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.

GRILL 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Top with mozzarella; grill 1 min. or until melted.

TOSS lettuce with 2 Tbsp. dressing and remaining Parmesan. Fill buns with lettuce mixture, burgers and remaining dressing.
