Garlicky Chicken Breasts

All you need to make these deliciously garlicky baked chicken breasts is Parmesan cheese and an envelope of dressing mix. (And chicken breasts!)

What You Need

1/2

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

env. GOOD SEASONS Garlic & Herb Dressing Mix

boneless skinless chicken breast halves (2 lb.)

Make It

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

MIX cheese and dressing mix.

MOISTEN chicken with water; coat with cheese mixture. Place in shallow baking dish.

BAKE 20 to 25 min. or until done (165ºF).

How to Thaw Chicken Quickly and Safely

When thawing chicken under running water, be sure to use cold water. Keep the chicken in its original wrap or place in water-tight resealable plastic bag while thawing it under the water. Be careful not to cross-contaminate other food products, work surfaces or utensils with the dripping water.

Special Extra

For a golden appearance, after chicken is done set oven to broil. Broil chicken 2 to 4 min. or until golden brown.

This is a great way to bake chicken in a little time. I have also played around with different Good Seasons dressing packets to get a different flavor with the parmesean, and all of them have been good so far.

Delicious! Leftover breasts were just as good the next day warmed in the microwave. Great one for company - so FAST, so EASY, so TASTY!

Love this recipe! easy to make, great on the grill. This is one of my new favorite recipes! the substitution suggestions are equally as good.

This was probably one of the easiest and most delicious recipes for entertaining guests. I received a lot of compliments. "Mission Accomplished", when I told everyone how easy it was, they almost didn't believe me. I would definitely make this again. Very easy to double or more for a larger crowd. Thank You.
