Rated 3 out of 5 by from I'm not a huge fan of miracle whip so I tweaked this recipe a bit. I'm not a huge fan of miracle whip so I tweaked this recipe a bit. I used quartered red potatoes, unpeeled. Instead of the dressing, I used whole milk and half a stick of butter. I also added chopped green onions, a blend of any cheese that I have on hand, and a tablespoon of minced garlic. You can get a jar of the garlic all chopped up at the store. Mixed them all together with an electric mixer until fluffy. I love garlicky mashed potatoes and I don't think this recipe is garlicky enough for me. Using fresh garlic really makes the difference. Add more or less garlic to taste. Also, top or stir in crumbed bacon. It's really amazing.
